This appointment is subjected to a £50 non refundable charge to secure your slot, the deposit fund can be used as payment for your dress. This appointment includes - 60 minute appointment - Showroom seating for up to 3 guests - Private dressing room - Explore your vision for your dream gown with your consultant - Complete and review paperwork. - Try on up to 3 gowns while discussing possible modifications. - Celebrate Saying Yes To The Dress (Bells, Photos, Videos)
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Booking Process: Brides can book appointments either through our online booking system, via phone call, or by visiting our physical location. Brides should be booked at least one week in advance to ensure availability. Last-minute appointments are subject to availability. Appointment Duration: Standard appointment duration is 1 hour. If brides require additional time, they should inform us at the time of booking. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Brides are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid. Late Arrivals: Brides are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. If a bride is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, depending on the availability. Booking Deposit: A non-refundable booking deposit may be required to secure the appointment slot. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking. Maximum Attendees: Due to space limitations and to ensure a comfortable experience for all, we request that brides limit the number of accompanying guests to a maximum of three. Consultation Fees: Initial consultations are subjected to a £30 fee For additional consultations or specialised services, consultation fees may apply. Details will be provided upon request. Dress Selection Policy: Brides are encouraged to try on a variety of dresses to find the perfect fit. We reserve the right to limit the number of dresses tried on during the appointment based on time constraints and availability. Sharing images or recordings of our dresses on social media platforms should be done with discretion and respect for our brand. Alterations and Customisations: Alterations and customisations may be available for selected dresses. Details regarding alterations and customisations will be discussed during the appointment. Privacy Policy: We respect the privacy of our clients and ensure that all personal information provided during the booking process and appointments is kept confidential. Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify the booking policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to brides in advance.
